Asıl folyodan daha ince yapıya sahip olan kaplama folyosu, belirli tekniklerle ve makine ortamında, baskı alınan folyonun üzerine sıvanır. İşlem bittiğinde asıl folyo üzerinde bir katman olduğu belli olmaz. Renkleri veya kaliteyi etkilemeyecek %100 şeffaf yapıya sahiptir.
